Website Maintenance & Training

Maintenance is critical for keeping your website up-to-date and running smoothly. This can be a major hurdle for small businesses and nonprofits that cannot afford an in-house website professional. Small Dog Solutions aims to make the editing process as simple and user-friendly as possible, providing a number of solutions for our clients:

Training: Two hours of on-site training are included free of cost in all of our estimates. Whether you choose a site built in Dreamweaver or Joomla, we will ensure that you are comfortable making basic text changes, adding/deleting photos, adding/deleting pages, adding hyperlinks, and more. While there is an initial learning hurdle in all technologies, the vast majority of our clients maintain their own sites.
Regular Maintenance: If you would prefer to out-source all your website maintenance, Small Dog Solutions offers editing at an hourly rate ($45 for profit/ $35 nonprofit). Please note that we do not charge a fee just to open the site, and charge on the quarter hour. Therefore, for an edit that takes under 15 minutes, you would incur a charge of $11.25. Basic edits can typically be completed within 48 hours.

Occasionally we will take on the maintenance of sites we did not build, though this is dependent on the quality of programming and language type of the site in question.
